Description

Shrimp Crab Alfredo Roll Ups are a creamy, cheesy seafood pasta dish made with lasagna noodles, shrimp, crab meat, and a rich Alfredo sauce. Perfectly baked, this comforting recipe delivers a delicious twist on traditional lasagna and is ideal for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb lump crab meat (real or imitation)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until just pink. Remove from heat and chop if desired.

3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, crab meat, cooked shrimp, egg, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

5. Lay out lasagna noodles and spread each with a generous amount of the seafood filling. Roll each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can use homemade or store-bought Alfredo sauce depending on time and preference.

Imitation crab works well as a budget-friendly option.

Chop shrimp for easier rolling and more even filling distribution.

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
