Ingredients

butter
melted

peanut butter
plus 2 tablespoons, creamy or crunchy

powdered sugar

graham cracker crumbs
or gluten-free substitute

milk chocolate chips
semi-sweet can also be used
Instructions
Melt the butter and whisk in the peanut butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until combined.
Press the peanut butter mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base.
Let the candy set at room temperature or place in the fridge to speed up the process.
Once fully set, slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute graham cracker crumbs with gluten-free rice krispies or GF graham cracker crumbs.
