Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter plus 2 tablespoons, creamy or crunchy
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs or gluten-free substitute
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips semi-sweet can also be used

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and whisk in the peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  • Press the peanut butter mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
  • Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base.
  • Let the candy set at room temperature or place in the fridge to speed up the process.
  • Once fully set, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute graham cracker crumbs with gluten-free rice krispies or GF graham cracker crumbs.
