These simple homemade peanut clusters require just three ingredients and are made in the microwave—one of the easiest candies you'll ever make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds white almond bark coarsely chopped
  • cups semi-sweet chocolate chips milk or dark chocolate chips can be used as a substitute
  • 4 cups salted peanuts can substitute with salted cashews or almonds

Instructions
 

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond bark and chocolate chips.
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Once melted and smooth, stir in the salted peanuts until fully coated in chocolate.
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop small clusters onto waxed paper or parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Let the clusters cool at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
  • Once set, store in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Notes

You can freeze peanut clusters in an airtight container with wax paper between layers for up to 3 months. Let them thaw at room temperature before serving.
