Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond bark and chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Once melted and smooth, stir in the salted peanuts until fully coated in chocolate.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop small clusters onto waxed paper or parchment-lined baking sheets.
Let the clusters cool at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
Once set, store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
Notes
You can freeze peanut clusters in an airtight container with wax paper between layers for up to 3 months. Let them thaw at room temperature before serving.
