Ingredients
4 cups cubed watermelon
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
salt to taste
Instructions
Chill watermelon in the fridge for 1 hour
Prepare ingredients and arrange on a serving platter
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey
Drizzle dressing over salad
Toss gently to combine
Sprinkle feta cheese on top
Notes
