Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
12 oz jumbo pasta shells
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook beef until browned; drain excess fat
Add onions, bell peppers, taco seasoning, garlic, and paprika; cook 5 minutes
In a bowl, mix cooked pasta with beef-veg mix, cheese, and milk
Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake 20 minutes
