Ingredients
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
4 oz halal bacon, chopped (cooked and drained)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
Instructions
Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets
Cook halal bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels
Toast sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper to create dressing
