Ingredients

1 lb rotini or penne pasta
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 1.5 lbs raw chicken, boiled or grilled)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (alcohol-free version required)
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Chop romaine into bite-sized pieces
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste
Let dressing sit for 5 minutes to blend flavors
Add cooked pasta to dressing and toss to coat
