Ingredients
2 medium ripe peaches
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) pure honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Wash and peel peaches, then slice into 1/2-inch chunks
Halve blackberries and blueberries
Separate pomegranate seeds into a bowl
In a small jar, whisk honey, lime juice, basil, and sea salt to make dressing
Combine fruit in a large bowl, drizzle dressing over the top, and gently toss to coat
Chill for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld
