Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and honey to the skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and stir to blend, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly (5-7 minutes).
Toss cooked fettuccine into the skillet and mix until well coated. Garnish with parsley (optional).
Notes
Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days—the flavors improve after sitting.
