Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is tender.
4. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked egg noodles.
5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine.
6. Transfer the beef noodle mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
8. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
