Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe peaches
1 small tomato (optional)
6 oz burrata cheese
1 cup fresh cherries (halved)
10 fresh basil leaves
5 green onions (sliced)
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep ingredients: Slice peaches, halve cherries, and chop herbs.
In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, honey, olive oil, oregano, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Assemble salad with mixed greens, peaches, burrata, cherries, green onions, and basil.
Lightly toss with dressing (optional: add 1 tsp honey to enhance flavor).
Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Add goat cheese for extra creaminess.
Cherries can be replaced with blackberries or sliced strawberries.
