Description
This No-Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna is a light, fruity dessert made with creamy layers, sweet strawberries, and a refreshing Jello topping – perfect for summer gatherings and make-ahead treats.
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) of Graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3 oz) of strawberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Crush the Graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin, and press them firmly into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Stir in cold water and let sit for a few minutes until it begins to thicken slightly.
4. Pour half of the Jello mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries on top.
5. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture, then pour the rest of the Jello over the top. Add more strawberries if desired.
6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.
7. Once set, slice into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with extra strawberries or whipped topping if desired.
Notes
Make sure the Jello is slightly thickened before assembling to avoid melting the cream cheese layer.
Use a hot knife for clean slices.
