Description
Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is an indulgent, rich treat made with creamy chocolate and ribbons of gooey marshmallows. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or satisfying your sweet tooth, this easy, no-fail recipe comes together in just 20 minutes of hands-on time. With a melt-in-your-mouth texture and beautiful swirls, it’s a stunning addition to any dessert tray.
Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, salt, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted—do not overheat.
4. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the mini marshmallows, stirring just enough to create swirls without fully melting them.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares with a buttered or sharp knife, and serve.
Notes
Don’t overheat the chocolate or it may seize—use low heat and stir constantly. For distinct marshmallow swirls, add marshmallows last and stir gently. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Try customizing with crushed peppermint, chopped nuts, or peanut butter chips.
