1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt

½ cup honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Cooked rice (e.g., jasmine or basmati)
Roasted/sauteed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, bell peppers)
Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne
Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and barely cooked through

Option: Air fry chicken for extra crispiness (see notes)
Notes

Plant-based swap: Use bite-sized tofu instead of chicken
Hot honey sauce can be made in advance and stored in fridge up to 2 weeks
Reheat leftovers in oven or air fryer for best texture
