Description

Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet
Roast for 15 minutes until tender and caramelized
Mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger in a bowl
Toss roasted sprouts with glaze until coated
Roast 10 more minutes for sticky finish
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving
Notes
Substitute gochujang for Sriracha if preferred
Add toasted pecans or almonds for extra crunch
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 days
