Description

A zesty and refreshing summer fruit salad featuring honey and lime. This sweet-sour combination enhances the natural flavors of fresh strawberries, grapes, and blueberries without overpowering them.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup red or green grapes, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Wash all fruits and prepare as instructed.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, lime zest, water, and a pinch of salt.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fruits gently.
Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and mix until evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, toss in a handful of mint leaves before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
