Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup honey
1/2 cup non-alcoholic barbecue glaze
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 lbs russet potatoes, cubed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Whisk honey, barbecue glaze, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Coat chicken breasts evenly with glaze
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake chicken 20-25 minutes, until golden and juices run clear
Meanwhile, toss potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper
Spread on baking sheet
Bake potatoes 20-22 minutes until tender and caramelized
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes during last 5 minutes of baking
