Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, roasted
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
