  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, adjust for spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (be mindful of Parmesan’s saltiness)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Rinse the fresh shrimp under cold water, remove the shells and devein, then pat dry.

3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and black pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

4. Toss the shrimp in the garlic-Parmesan mixture until well-coated.
