Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and salt.
Chop red onion, celery, bell pepper, and thaw peas.
Combine cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, cheddar cheese, and dressing in a large bowl.
