Description

Easy Frozen Strawberry Dessert is a refreshing, creamy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and a graham cracker crust. It’s perfect for spring and summer, and incredibly quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 full sheet graham crackers)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups whole strawberries

Instructions

1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.

2. In a medium dish combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press half of the mixture on the bottom of the pan and save the rest for later.

3. Place the whole strawberries in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Set aside.

4. In a medium dish beat heavy whipping cream on low speed for 1 minute, then on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 4 minutes.

5. In a large dish beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed until creamy.

6. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and pureed strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined.

7. Add whipped cream to the mixture and beat until well combined.

8. Fold in diced strawberries and spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust.

9. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.

10. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Remove from freezer 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Leave in the freezer for at least 5 hours and take it out 20–30 minutes before serving. It can stay frozen for up to 3–4 weeks.

Frozen strawberries can be used instead of fresh ones. You can also substitute with raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

Cool Whip can be used instead of whipped cream — use 2 cups Cool Whip in place of 1 cup whipped cream.

2 1/2 cups of whole strawberries yield about 1 1/4 cups of puree.

Strawberries can also be mashed with a fork if no blender is available.

Golden Oreos can be used as a substitute for graham crackers.
