Ingredients
6 large green onions, chopped
1 (28 oz) can of diced tomatoes
1 large head of green cabbage, roughly chopped
3 large bell peppers, chopped

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
8–10 cups vegetable broth or water
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Place all chopped vegetables into a large stockpot.
Add the diced tomatoes and the vegetable broth (or water) until the vegetables are well covered.
Stir in the dry onion soup mix and optional herbs.
