Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced
4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice cucumbers; chop tomatoes and slice red onion.
In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill (if using).
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
