Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Place drumsticks in the crock pot.
2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the drumsticks.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
5. Optional: For crispier skin, broil drumsticks for 2–3 minutes after cooking.
