Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
2. In the Crock Pot, add the beef, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and brown gravy mix over the beef.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour this mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
4. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and the gravy has thickened.
5. Once cooked, taste the gravy and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed. Serve the beef tips and gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
Notes
You can add vegetables like carrots or mushrooms to the Crock Pot for added flavor and nutrition.
If you want a thicker gravy, you can mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch with a bit of cold water and stir it into the gravy about 30 minutes before serving.
