Ingredients
1 lb cream cheese-filled tortellini
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Boil tortellini per package instructions until al dente
