Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp butter
12 oz Qetoe Low Carb Penne Pasta
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, breaking into crumbles; drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. Deglaze pan with beef broth, stirring to scrape up browned bits.
Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened, 5-7 minutes.
Season pasta with salt and cook according to package instructions. Drain and add to sauce.
Toss well to coat, stir in fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Qetoe Penne can be substituted with zucchini noodles or other low-carb alternatives.
For extra richness, add a splash of milk instead of heavy cream if preferred.
