Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumbers and red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Fold in cherry tomatoes and fresh dill.
Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based ranch dressing and sour cream.
