Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex
- 16 ounces Wilton’s Green Icing
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 package gold sprinkles (or any color)
- 2 gallon-size zip-top baggies
Instructions
1. Measure out the Rice Chex cereal and place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add powdered sugar and sugar cookie mix to a gallon-size bag and set aside.
3. Add green frosting to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Pour melted frosting over cereal and gently fold to coat all pieces evenly. Stir in sprinkles.
5. Transfer coated cereal to the prepared bag and shake until fully covered in the sugar and cookie mix.
6. Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let dry.
7. Top with more sprinkles if desired before serving.
Notes
Make sure to gently fold the cereal to avoid breaking it during mixing.
You can use white chocolate chips with green food coloring as an alternative to green frosting.
