Description

Crack Chicken Tenders are baked to crispy perfection and packed with flavor from cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, and green onions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked Beef, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until fully incorporated.

3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

4. Gently coat the chicken tenders with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring each piece is fully covered.

5. Sprinkle the crumbled beef and chopped green onions over the top of the chicken tenders.

6. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for an added crunch.

7. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is golden and bubbly.

9. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the tenders to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, coat the tenders with breadcrumbs or panko.

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.

Use crushed pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs for a low-carb option.

To make it vegetarian, substitute chicken tenders with cauliflower florets.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes for the best results.
