Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
1/2 head green cabbage (finely chopped)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 green onions (sliced)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Optional: 1/2 tsp chili flakes for spice
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cabbage; sauté 5 minutes until softened.
Add ground meat and cook 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in carrots, ginger, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
Pour soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Let simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens. Garnish with green onions.
