Ingredients
1.5 lbs salmon fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika (for coating)
Cooking spray or oil for air fryer (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if using
Toss salmon in flour and salt
Coat evenly with cooking spray or oil
Air fry for 6-8 minutes (or sauté in oil for 3-4 minutes per side) until golden and crispy
Meanwhile, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice
