Description

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 ripe mango, diced (peeled and pitted)
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste


Instructions

Dice avocados and arrange in a bowl to prevent browning
Add diced mango, red onion, and red bell pepper
In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt
Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to combine
Chill for 10 minutes before serving to let flavors meld
