Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 ripe mango, diced (peeled and pitted)
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Dice avocados and arrange in a bowl to prevent browning
Add diced mango, red onion, and red bell pepper
