Ingredients
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup halal-certified capicola salami
8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/2 cup croutons
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
Chop lettuce, cucumber, and red onion into 1/2-inch pieces.
