Ingredients

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup halal-certified capicola salami
8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/2 cup croutons
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp pepperoncini slices


Instructions

Chop lettuce, cucumber, and red onion into 1/2-inch pieces.
Dice cherry tomatoes and halal meat.
Cube mozzarella.

Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Toss salad with dressing until evenly coated.
